Data Deletion

An authorized agency owner or administrator can disconnect a Google Ads connection from AdIntelivo’s integration settings. Disconnecting removes AdIntelivo’s stored connection credentials for that integration and stops future synchronization from that connection.

You can also revoke AdIntelivo’s Google authorization from your Google Account security/third-party access controls. Revoking authorization prevents AdIntelivo from using that authorization for future Google Ads API access.

An authorized agency owner or administrator can disconnect a Meta Ads connection from AdIntelivo’s integration settings. Disconnecting removes the stored Meta connection token from AdIntelivo and stops future first-party Meta Ads synchronization through that connection.

You may also remove AdIntelivo from the business integrations or app permissions associated with the Meta account that granted access.

To request deletion, email support@adintelivo.com from an email address associated with the workspace. Include:

• the agency/workspace name;
• the email address associated with the AdIntelivo account;
• whether you want the entire workspace deleted or only a specific Google/Meta/client connection removed; and
• any additional information needed to identify the data without sending passwords, OAuth tokens, or API secrets.

We may ask you to verify control of the account before completing a destructive request.

Subject to applicable legal, security, and contractual retention requirements, deletion of a workspace is intended to remove or de-identify active service data associated with that workspace, including team/account records, stored integration credentials, mapped client/account relationships, generated intelligence records, portal/report data, and other workspace content that is no longer required to operate or protect the service.

Residual copies may remain for a limited period in encrypted backups, security logs, fraud-prevention records, billing/accounting records, or other records we must retain for legitimate security, dispute, contractual, or legal reasons. Such retained information is isolated from ordinary product use and deleted or anonymized when the applicable retention need ends.

Disconnecting Google Ads or Meta Ads stops future API access but does not automatically erase historical reports, snapshots, alerts, or analytics already stored in the workspace. If you want those records deleted as well, explicitly include that in your deletion request or delete the relevant records through the product where a deletion control is available.
